Pendidikan Tata Boga (S1)
Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga merupakan rumpun pendidikan dalam mengembangkan kompetensi di bidang keahlian PendidikanTata Boga. Berdiri pada tahun 2007di Fakultas Pendidikan Teknologi dan Kejuruan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Terbagi dalam tiga konsentrasi peminatan yaitu jasa boga, pastry dan gizi kuliner. Menghasilkan lulusan dengan gelar S.Pd (Sarjana Pendidikan) yang berkualitas dan profesional untuk menjadi pendidik baik bidang formal maupun non formal, pengelola industri dan wirausahawan serta berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Lulusan mampu bersaing sesuai dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK) dan era globalisasi.
