Manajemen Industri Katering (S1)
Program Studi Manajemen Industri Katering (Prodi MIK) didirikan pada tahun 2005 berdasarkan SK Rektor UPI No. 1338/J33/PP.03.02/2005 tanggal 16 Maret 2005. Seiring berjalannya waktu Prodi MIK telah mengalami perubahan kurikulum pada tahun 2006, 2010, 2018, dan 2023. Akreditasi prodi MIK oleh LAMEMBA memperoleh hasil "UNGGUL" (No. SK 2834/DE/A.5/AR.10/IX/2025). Prodi MIK merupakan prodi non kependidikan level S1 bergelar Sarjana Pariwisata (S.Par) dengan bobot total sebanyak 152 sks dan masa studi 8 semester. Prodi MIK menawarkan 2 peminatan yaitu cookery dan patiseri.
