Manajemen Industri Katering (S1)
Program Studi Manajemen Industri Katering (Prodi MIK) didirikan pada tahun 2005 berdasarkan SK Rektor UPI No. 1338/J33/PP.03.02/2005 tanggal 16 Maret 2005. Seiring berjalannya waktu Prodi MIK telah mengalami dua kali perubahan kurikulum yakni pada tahun 2006, 2010 dan 2018. Pembaharuan akreditasi prodi MIK oleh Ban-PT dengan No. SK 5819/SK/BAN-PT/Ak-PPJ/S/IX/2020. Prodi MIK merupakan prodi non-dik level S1 dengan gelar Sarjana Pariwisata (S.Par). Total bobot sks sebanyak 156. Masa studi ditempuh selama 8 semester. Prodi MIK memiliki peminatan yaitu cookery dan patiseri.
